Warranty Terms and Conditions
We are a very easy company to deal with, no nasty small print, no Arguments, just Good Old Fashioned Service.
Our Policy is Simple, we Supply and Install the Equipment to your Vehicle, if something goes wrong, were very sorry and will do all we can to Rectify your Situation ASAP! Hand on Heart in 2009, we saw just 2 Faulty Screens, if you consider the number of units we installed, we think this was an amazing achievement,
We are very proud of our installation team, they do an excellent job, sometimes going way beyond the installation. Part of each install is the Current Drain Test, this ensures your battery does not go flat after the install
The Product is covered by a No Quibble Rectification Guarantee, the ONLY limitations are. Theft Damage, Malicious Damage, Tampering with the Security Seals or Abuse of the Product. If a system is Returned to us suffering from any of these, we will inspect it , offer a solution and do all we can to Rectify the Problem. But we will NOT DO A REFUND, and the Repair WILL BE CHARGEABLE!
All we ask is you Call us Immediately, or Send an Email to notify us of any Problems, and please just be Straight with US! We have been in the Industry far too LONG!
